Preconceptual Counselling
Preconceptual counselling is for any woman requiring health education, risk assessment and intervention before conception to reduce the chances of poor perinatal outcomes. It normally involves a medical checkup before pregnancy to help identify risks and then creating a management plan to address those risks to ensure you're as healthy as possible when you fall pregnant. A preconception checkup can be especially important if you've previously had a premature baby, a baby with a birth defect, a miscarriage or stillbirth.

Obstetric Care
Pregnancy and birth are wonderful milestones, but they also have the potential to be stressful for women with complicated pregnancies or pre-existing health problems. On the basis of her extensive experience in complex Obstetrics, Dr Kirsten Gaerty is able to offer expert medical consultation to those experiencing a complicated pregnancy as well as highly qualified support throughout a normal pregnancy to those who seek extra reassurance during this pivotal life journey.
